The concept of "The New Work ’by Veldhoen + Company, we have the Unilever Research laboratories and offices designed in an environment where the separation between office and laboratory was lifted.
The Culinary Center of Excellence project Unilever described the target "market oriented innovation", which was translated by us into an interior with long sight lines to the surrounding polder landscape as metaphor for a wide view of the outside world.
The sterile laboratory environment of the past is transformed so that the product developer at work imagine themselves in the home of the Unilever consumer. The office environment has changed in a concentrated area of meeting and working.
